RETURN AND REFUND POLICY - (EARTH-BOUND) MARKET

(earth-bound) market, a division of E.B. Magazine Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), offers a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also require the receipt or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS AND EXCEPTIONS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards

HOW TO START A RETURN

Initiation: Contact us at info@earthboundmag.com with your order number and email address/ZIP code to start the process.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping: Items must be sent to: 8-17 Worthington Ave, Brampton ON L7A 2Y7, Canada (unless otherwise directed). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Deadline: Once you receive your return label, the item must be shipped within 30 days.

Please note: At this time, (earth-bound) market is unable to accept international returns. If you are an international customer with an issue, please email us for assistance.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item. Direct exchanges are currently limited to different sizes of the same product (e.g., Small to Medium).

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@earthboundmag.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must remain in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging) with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved.

Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.
